Decree-Law 69/2024 (conv. Law 105/2024) — "Salva Casa": building and construction-tolerance provisions

Decree-law simplifying the regularisation of minor building discrepancies. It widens construction tolerances (graduated by unit floor area), redefines the building's lawful state and the permits required, and eases certain changes of use and works on pre-existing formal or partial discrepancies. It amends the Building Code (Presidential Decree 380/2001).
