Legislative Decree 26 March 2010, no. 59 — Implementation of Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market ("Bolkestein" Directive)

Implements the EU directive on services in the internal market. It introduces the SCIA as the ordinary regime for starting many service activities, bans disproportionate or duplicate requirements, and mandates simplification and one-stop desks. Relevant to economic activities linked to building use.
