Summary

TAV. 00

The Ministerial Decree of 11 October 2017 set the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) for construction in public procurement, updating and replacing the earlier Decree of 24 December 2015. It operationalised Green Public Procurement in construction, with criteria on materials (recycled content, hazardous-substance limits), site management and overall building performance. Published in Official Gazette No. 259 of 6 November 2017, it was replaced by the Decree of 23 June 2022 (CAM Edilizia), in force since 4 December 2022. For tenders issued during its validity it remains the reference for the then-applicable criteria.
