Implementing regulation of Legislative Decree 192/2005 on building energy performance

Presidential Decree 59 of 2 April 2009 was the implementing regulation of Legislative Decree 192/2005: it set the minimum energy-performance requirements (EPi limits, transmittances, system efficiencies) used in designs between 2009 and 2015. Published in Official Gazette No. 132 of 10 June 2009, in force from 25 June 2009, it was superseded — under Article 16(4-bis) of Legislative Decree 192/2005 (introduced by Law 90/2013) — by the entry into force of the implementing decrees of 26 June 2015 ("minimum requirements"), applicable from 1 October 2015. For 2009–2015 filings it remains the reference for the limits then in force.
